Our themed tea room can host a range of events from birthdays and baby showers to corporate bespoke events with seating for up to 32 people. The tea room is a rustic woodland retreat with a feature flower wall and tree for the perfect photo backdrop, and beautifully arched windows with views of the glistening River Tees. Our private venue hire includes:

Afternoon Tea
You and your guests will enjoy a traditional afternoon tea comprising a selection of finger sandwiches, scrumptious salad pot and pastries followed by a homemade fresh cream scone with jam followed by a selection of handpicked desserts with bottomless tea or coffee.
You can choose between having the traditional 3 tier stands on your tables or the afternoon teas can be presented in a buffet style.
We will also provide boxes for any left overs.

Your Experience
Our staff are on hand and at your service for anything you may need during your time with us. All you need to do is enjoy yourself and the rest is taken care of! We will ensure your drinks stay bottomless and all mess is taken care of. You will be comfortable in our venue all year round with our newly installed room temperature control system. If you'd like to have the room for a little longer to ensure time for games or just chatting, there is the option to purchase an extra hour.
