1. Booking & Deposits
Afternoon Tea must be booked in advance with the Tea Room.
A 50% deposit (per person) is required to secure the booking. This will be deducted from the final bill.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received
2. Gift Vouchers
If you are booking using a gift voucher, you must declare the voucher code at the time of booking.
Failure to provide the code in advance may result in the voucher not being accepted on the day.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be valid at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future booking, subject to availability.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
4. Dietary Requirements
We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies at least 48 hours in advance.
While we do our best, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more, full payment may be required in advance.
Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before your booking.
6. Time Allocation
Tables are allocated for a set time period (120 minutes/2 hour experience)
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience.
7. Changes to Booking
Any changes to your booking (e.g. time, number of guests) should be made as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
8. General
Afternoon Tea is served as a set menu and is not interchangeable with other menu items.
